As our shoes are made to order, sales are final. It will take approximately 6 - 8 weeks to be ready. Please understand that our shoes are custom made and design for you, hence we do not accept return/refund/exchange due to change of mind.

 

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping cost within Australia is AUD $20.

We will send you a tracking number once we have shipped your order. Standard shipping for Australia is 3-5 business days. Please note that insurance cover is included in our shipping.

Our sustainability commitment also extends to our shipping services and we strive to use Sendle to ensure that every shipment is carbon neutral.
